This CCPA Policy applies to visitors who are residents of the State of California and supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy. It is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).
Your Rights Under the CCPA
Under the CCPA, California consumers have the right to:

- Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that it has collected.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
Dirt Bike House does not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, certain advertising activities (such as the use of third-party advertising cookies by Google) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA. You may opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings and www.aboutads.info.

To exercise any of the rights described above, please email us at contact@dirtbikehouse.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
